A. Annually, the Planning staff will prepare an evaluation and assessment report for review and approval by the governing bodies. The report will include a rectification of any differences between the adopted future land use map of the City and County.

B. The governing bodies shall hold public hearings for the approval of the report. Notification of the public hearings shall be pursuant to paragraph 3.2.5, Notice and Public Hearings.
