This section shall apply to all on-site solid waste, utility, and other mechanical equipment facilities serving nonresidential and multifamily development. Pet waste receptacles shall be provided pursuant to Secs. 7.2.3, Design and Use of Required Open Space, and 7.6.5, Pet Waste Receptacles.
