With regard to this Ordinance, the Inspections Director, or designee, shall enforce provisions of this Ordinance which pertain to new construction and the issuance of building permits and Certificates of Compliance, and shall be responsible for final action regarding local interpretation of matters related to the North Carolina Building Code.
