The rail bed and original right-of-way shall be designated for the purpose of dedication or reservation in accordance with requirements for dedication and reservation pursuant to Sec. 12.5, Recreation Land. Dedicated railroad corridors shall reduce the applicant’s obligation to dedicate recreation land under Sec. 12.5, Recreation Land, by the amount of the corridor dedicated.
